Description:

The class runs for 1 hour.

Aims:

• To give students the opportunity to explore other mediums of music creation;
• To enable students to have a ‘record’ of their performance skills.

The aim of the Media Class is to enhance the student’s natural performance with the use of video and CD. The emphasis is placed on studying the performance from an external source.

Due to the nature of the Media Class, students will need to contribute to the associated costs.

Presentations:

• Two concerts each year.
• A video presentation of repertoire in the first year.
• A CD of solo/group performances by the second year.
